Herbs can have many different uses in the garden, for culinary, visual and medicinal purpose. As well as having practical uses, herbs come in a vast array of pleasing foliage colour tones and flower colours that may be used in the ornamental border, making them an ideal multi purpose plant. As well as this, herbs may be used in more formal planting schemes with box as infill for a parterre or other such formal structure. As with Lavender, Herbs can be the ideal complement to a planting scheme involving box and topiary. Herbs may also be used in a more utility fashion in the vegetable garden or for companion planting. At Beech Tree Farm Plants we try and stock a wide range of different types of herbs for all the many different uses.
